This has already been a banner year for Balenciaga. The fashion house helmed by Demna Gvasalia revamped its logo and was named one of the top three fashion labels in the world by Lyst. To cap off a busy 2017, Balenciaga is launching its first children’s line, and hypekids got an exclusive first look.
Balenciaga’s first collection for kids includes mini versions of the popular Speed Trainer, as well as the famed Bernie Sanders-inspired campaign logo. The collection manages to include inspirational motifs as well, with references to “The Power of Dreams” and encouraging kids to “Think Big.” The brand has also trimmed down its logo for the kids in the form of two mirrored Bs, similar to the one used in its younger days.
Balenciaga’s debut children’s collection will launch in stores on December 13 alongside the men’s Spring/Summer 2018 range. And yes, we’re definitely adding it to our holiday shopping list.
