Q: How long does shipping and handling take?

A: What we do here at SNDVL is take orders every week for our designs and we get them printed. The reason why our process is set up this way is because we're a new company and one thing we wanted to stay away from was sitting on inventory that would never move. Unless we have the orders are already printed and ready to ship, shipping could take 7-14 business days. The reason why we ask for this time is because like any business situations can very much happen with your order so we're asking for enough time to get the t-shirts printed, packaged, and shipped just in case we run into any issues. Once we ship off your order, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Do you honor refunds or exchanges?

A: Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds, credit or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items. This policy is also stated on the Checkout page.

Q: How can I change the address I would like my order shipped to? 

A: To change your shipping address, email our customer service department at info@sndvl.com with the subject title reading "Address Change" with your name, order #, and the address you'd like your order shipped to and we will update your information.

Q: Do you print t-shirts in 3XL or larger?

A: We no longer print sizes larger than a men's 2XL because we're implementing new ways to get our products out faster and when it came to larger t-shirt sizes we ran into issues in the past and we want to limit those type of issues with orders.
