Back in March, Air Max fans voted for their favorite “RevolutionAir” design. The winner was Sean Wotherspoon’s Nike Air Max, which is a hybrid model combining elements from the Nike Air Max 97 and Nike Air Max 1.
Sean’s love for vintage Nike hats from the 1980s inspired his Nike Air Max 97/1 hybrid design. It features a corduroy upper, with frayed edges, velour from toe to heel and custom insoles. He has already announced that the hose will release next month, November, ahead of Air Max 2018, in Virginia and Los Angeles.
They’ll be available at his Round Two vintage sportswear stores in both cities. A wider release of the shoes will take place on Air Max Day in March.
